The tickets are in, jay! We're ready to go!
Me and my family will be visiting the Elf Fantasy Fair on the 21st of April (saturday)

A few months back I changed the staff I had from last year.
Before: and after:
As you see, took off the peacock feathers and the purple ribbon, and added white and black feathers, and bells.
When I got the mask I felt I had to let it return somewhere so it makes more of a whole. So I changed it to match and it turned out very nice if I may say so

I have also decided on what to wear.
Keep in mind, no makeup or Elf-ears there yet.

I chose to go for something with red in it, because that fits the scepter. This way the black, white and red all appear at least twice in the whole outfit.
On my waist I will be wearing a belt with a leather pouch. Very handy to have all your things(camera, food, drink, wallet) with you without having to carry a (hand)bag all day .

Don't know how I will do my hair though. I would have preferred a black or white wig, so it would fit the mask and staff, but no budget for that unfortunately.
I wanted a different necklace as well, one with red stones. I haven't been able to find something I like, so I settled for the blood cross. Still, would have preferred something else, as this character is not evil, although it kind of looks as if she is (appearances can be deceiving )

EDIT: really not satisfied with the blood cross, so eventually tried to 'fabricate' a necklace myself. First try ever at jewelry. Read its description for details.

So, I am really looking forward to the EFF. I will surely see some of you there
